Can you believe that, as of 2016, more than 36 million Americans were practicing yoga – a 28 percent increase over 2012. And another 80 million said they were likely to take up yoga in the next 12 months. That’s a lot of people who want to do what we’re already doing!

If you’ve flirted with the idea of completing a yoga teacher training program, either to deepen your own practice, or to earn extra money,  there is no better time to start your educational journey. There’s only 50,000 registered yoga teachers in the USA to teach those millions of people. (Yoga Alliance, 2015).

Our school is called Yoga East, a 200-Hour Teacher Training registered with Yoga Alliance.
